The Club has agreed to offer us a flat rate per night over a 7 day period so you may extend your stay prior to the Symposium or after. Monday, 20th May – Monday, 27th May.
RATES VARY BY TYPE OF ROOM SELECTED. Symposium dates are Tuesday evening 21st May through Thursday evening 23rd May.
We have a block of rooms. If you wish to book, please contact me at lynda@aepronet.org and I’ll provide you with the information to reserve your room. We do not have a specific link to book online.

Welcome and introduction, an overview of the London market, who’s who in the London market, and an introduction to Lloyd’s.
11:30 am to 12:30 pm – Tour of Lloyds
12:45 to 2:30 pm – Underwriter Panel (with Lunch) – Insuring US design firms for international work. Presentation b Max Carter with a panel of underwriters (AWAC, Antares, Liberty, The Hartford).
2:45 to 3:45 pm – Underwriter Panel – How and when to use the London market for open market placements. A discussion led by Gill Stefaniuk with a panel of underwriters (Convex, AXIS, Markel Chubb).
4:00 to 5:00pm – Underwriter Panel – London market appetites. A discussion led by Max with a panel of underwriters (Mosaic, Lexington, Beazley, Hamilton).
Evening
6:30 to 9:00 pm – Networking Drinks and Dinner with London market underwriters.

9:00 to 10:00 am – Underwriter Panel – Claims and litigation trends in A&E professional liability. A discussion led by Max Carter with a panel of underwriters (Munitus, Brit, Castel, WRB).
10:15 to 11:15 am – Underwriter Panel – the London market for programs and facilities. A discussion led by Gill Stefaniuk with a panel of underwriters (AEGIS, Argenta, Brit).
1:30 to 1:00 pm – Box visits with the Underwriters
1:15 to 3:00 pm – Working lunch – London claims panel discussion hosted by Phelps with Claims Managers

4:00 pm – Meet at Waterloo Station for Train journey to Esher
5:30 to 9:00 pm – Horse racing and dinner with London market underwriters and Sandown Park
