One night’s deposit will be held and you can cancel up to 72 hours prior with no penalty and your deposit returned. After 72 hours, you forfeit $169.

Tuesday April 11th
5:30 to 7:00 pm – Rooftop Lounge @The Brown Hotel (conference site). Bourbon Cocktails & Light Snacks. The evening is open afterwards for Sponsor hosted dinners or you are on your own.
Wednesday April 12th
7:30 to 8:30 am – Breakfast Buffet (Open to Everyone)
8:30 to 9:00 am – Membership meeting and election of officers (Members Only)
9:00 to 12:00 pm – Speaker Presentations for all attendees
12:00 pm to 1:00 pm – Lunch on site
1:00 to 3:00 pm – 6 of the 12 Sponsor Carrier presentations (15 minutes each to discuss marketing, policy enhancements, rates, etc.)
3:00 to 3:30 pm – “Depositions Done Four Ways” – By a/e ProNet Associate Members
3:30 to 4:00 pm – Preparing & Protecting the Client in Deposition – Three “Actors” – Prepare for Deposition & Defend Deposition
4:00 to 4:30 pm – Panel on Loss Prevention/Pre-claim Assistance – Benefits, Risks, & Resolution – Sponsor Carrier Reps
5:00 pm – Evening networking event for all attendees at the Louisville Slugger Museum
Thursday April 13th

8:30 to 10:30 pm – Remaining 6 of the 12 Sponsor Carrier presentations (15 minutes each to discuss marketing, policy enhancements, rates, etc.)
10:30 to 12:00 pm – Panel Discussions (Open to Everyone)

1:30 to 2:30 pm – All Attendees – Mock Demurrer or Motion for Summary Judgment
2:30 to 2:50 pm – All Attendees – Opening Arguments in Mock Trial
2:50 to 3:10 pm – All Attendees – Break with Beverages
3:10 to 4:30 pm – All Attendees – Mock Jury with Witness Examination followed by Closing Arguments
5:00 pm – Evening networking event for all attendees at Churchill Downs/Kentucky Derby Museum
